OUR PRODUCTS
Lohcally Artisan Chocolates’ confections are small-batch produced to provide the “wow” factor in both taste and appearance. Our artisan chocolate truffles are hand-painted with All-Natural Colored Cocoa Butter. We offer fresh flavors such as peanut butter, mint and coffee as well as adventurous flavor combinations that will grow and adapt based on seasonal availability and demand. Our Signature S’mores Truffle is a new twist on an old favorite, utilizing carmelized white chocolate to produce the toasty flavor of a camp-fire roasted marshmallow.

Lohcally Artisan chocolates exists to produce modern, beautiful, All-Natural, Artisan Crafted Chocolate Confections. We currently operate as a Pop-up Retailer, scheduling times and dates where our products can be purchased at local venues. (See the “Where to Find Us” section of this page). We value:

- Offering the finest ingredients: Our chocolate is premium sourced “Fino de Aroma” classification chocolate, an International Cocoa Organization classification which describes exquisite aroma and flavor. Only 6- 7% of the world’s cocoa production falls into this category.

MY STORY
I grew up in a small Ohio town with a Chocolate Shop located centrally in the community, where it was a guarantee to run into neighbors and friends. We loved to visit this gift-giving hub on all occasions, especially when they distributed free samples! My family may have been a little chocolate-crazy looking back… We traveled out of our way for chocolate to the best off-the-beaten-path shop on visits to our Grandparents in Pittsburgh. We each hid our own stash of chocolate turtles, nut clusters or pretzels given by Mom over the holidays so that our siblings didn’t “mistake” them as their own. Maybe it was these traditions or something in our paternal Belgian genes that gave us all a love of chocolate. Early on, I had a dream that maybe I could own a chocolate business someday…
In early 2019, I began to investigate how I might pursue my dream of creating a chocolate business to serve the local Central Ohio community. I enrolled in the Ecole Chocolat Professional Chocolatier Program (did you know there was such a thing?) where I graduated with honors. Ecole Chocolat is a Fine Chocolate Industry Association leader that trains those with a passion for chocolate on the Art, Science and Modern Techniques of producing chocolates efficiently while operating a business. With my training and personal values combined, I now have the opportunity to offer LOHCALLY Artisan Chocolates as a leading provider of chocolate confections to the Central Ohio community.
